Subscription Terms

1. Seller and Developer

Apple acts as the App Store payment processor and merchant for in-app purchases where Apple terms provide that role. Riveryn does not receive your payment card number.

2. Premium Features

Riveryn Premium may include expanded photo/text/voice meal check-ins, reusable saved entries, full history, Next Plate guidance, and deeper meal-energy pattern insights. The in-app paywall and App Store product information describe the features available at the time of purchase.

Premium features may evolve as the app improves. Riveryn may add, modify, or remove features, provided that changes comply with applicable law and App Store rules.

3. Subscription Products

• platecue.premium.monthly: Monthly Premium, monthly auto-renewable subscription. The price is shown by Apple before purchase for your App Store territory.
• platecue.premium.annual: Annual Premium, yearly auto-renewable subscription. The price is shown by Apple before purchase for your App Store territory.

4. Billing and Renewal

• Payment is charged to the Apple ID used for the purchase after confirmation through Apple.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through Apple at least 24 hours before the end of the applicable billing period.
• Apple may charge your account for renewal within 24 hours before the billing period ends.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in App Store account settings.
• Deleting local Riveryn data, deleting your device backup, or uninstalling the app does not cancel an Apple subscription.

5. Launch Access, Offers, and Price Changes

Riveryn may provide app-controlled launch access before purchase. Launch access does not open an Apple payment sheet, does not create an Apple subscription, and does not auto-bill. If Riveryn later offers an Apple-approved subscription offer, the app will clearly show the offer terms, billing period, renewal terms, and cancellation path before purchase.

If prices change, Apple provides the notice, consent, and cancellation flow required for your App Store territory. If you do not agree to a required price increase, Apple may end the subscription at the end of the then-current billing period.

6. Cancellation

Subscriptions are managed by Apple. You can cancel at https://apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions or through iOS Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.

Cancellation stops future renewals. It does not usually create a partial refund for the current billing period unless Apple or applicable law provides otherwise.

7. Refunds

Refund requests are handled by Apple through Apple's refund process. Riveryn cannot directly issue App Store refunds or change Apple's refund decisions. You can request a refund through Apple's standard support flow.

8. Restore Purchases

Riveryn includes a Restore Purchases control in the app. Restore uses Apple's StoreKit services to check active entitlements for the Apple ID used on the device. Restore does not create a new purchase.

9. Family Sharing

Some App Store subscriptions may be eligible for Family Sharing if enabled by the developer and supported by Apple for the product and territory. The App Store purchase sheet or App Store subscription details control whether a Riveryn subscription is shareable.

10. No Guaranteed Outcome

Premium access does not guarantee weight loss, muscle gain, improved health, perfect macro adherence, calorie accuracy, or any medical or wellness outcome. Nutrition estimates remain approximate and editable.

These Subscription Terms supplement the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Nutrition and AI Disclaimer, and Apple's Standard EULA for App Store-distributed apps.
