Riveryn was formerly named PlateCue. Existing PlateCue subscriptions, purchases and exports carry over.

Common Requests

Send feedback from the app: You › Send feedback opens an e-mail with your app version and, when diagnostics are on, a support token that helps us find your data. Delete anything you don't want to send.
Export your data: You › Your data › Export local data, then Share export file.
Delete your data on this iPhone: You › Your data › Delete all local data. It doesn't cancel a subscription and doesn't reach our server.
Delete what's on our server: e-mail us with the subject "Riveryn Privacy Request". Include your support token, or your band's code and the name you used. The Privacy Choices page has the details.
Leave a band: You › Your band › Leave the band.
Apple Health: You › Apple Health. Turn it off there, or in the Health app under Sharing › Apps.
Manage or cancel your subscription: your App Store subscription settings at apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions, or You › Legal and support › Manage Apple subscription.
Restore purchases: You › Your plan › Restore purchases, or Restore on the plans screen.

What to Include in a Message

Your iPhone model and iOS version, if it matters.
A short description of what happened.
Which part it's about: setup, the fire and taps, Apple Health, typing, voice or photo logging, meal estimates, reminders or the Lock Screen card, bands, the free trial or subscription, export, delete, or a policy question.
Please don't send medical records, card numbers, passwords, or photos you don't want us to see.
